In Memory

Terence Baird

Terry was raised through his elementary school years in Bountiful.  He moved to Kaysville in 1985 and went to Kaysville Jr. High and then graduated from Davis High in 1991.

His very favorite subject in school was always art.  He had a natural talent in Art from the time he was very young.  We have many of his "original" drawings that are very good.  He was very precise in every thing he did.  He was especially good at pencil and pen-dot drawings.

He always had a lot of friends, especially girlfriends.  He was a friend to everyone.  He always looked for the best in people and didn't hold a grudge if someone did him wrong.  He was quick to forgive.

After high school, he had two or three jobs here and there.  He started working at Interstate Barricades where he became a foreman of their Road Taping Crew.  His favorite thing he owned was his Camero.  He had it fixed up really nice and he called it his "baby".  He also had a Chevy truck that he was fixing up and getting ready for painting.  It had a "Smile As You Go Under" license plate.

On October 10, 1995, he was working on a job at the airport, when he suddenly lost consciousness.  They rushed him to the hospital and found that he had an aneurysm at his brain stem.  There was no chance of survival.  He lived a few hours on life support.  He became an organ donor.  His heart, lungs, kidneys, pancreas and liver were donated, which saved the lives of many others.

This is what Terry would have wanted because he was a very "giving" person.  We all miss him and his fun, friendly ways, very much!
